Hosts: Aubrey and Sarah are pros when it comes to walking down the aisle. Sarah, the blissful newlywed, just said her ‘I do’s’ on June 28th after planning her wedding for a year (okay, maybe her whole life) and Aubrey has wrestled more flower girls and grandma’s for tossed bouquets than she cares to remember (so far the myth isn’t working).
Together, this duo knows a thing or two about weddings.
As polar opposites, they have explored every matrimonial possibility. From dressing pooches in tuxedos to holding stagettes on raging rapids to mixing customized “Bride and Groom” cocktails - the Belles always entertain in this Leo award winning series!
Sarah Groundwater Law:
An ex-professional bridesmaid, turned bride and now blissful newlywed, Sarah has become an expert at all things wedding. Sarah has run the gamet from marrying her cat circa 1984 to planning her very big Italian wedding held June 28th in the golden hills of Tuscany. Now she gets to relive her wedding obsession each week on The Wedding Belles.
Besides being a lover of all-things-wedding, Sarah is an actress and writer with degrees from the University of British Columbia and the Royal Academy of Dramatic Arts. Originally from the prairies, Sarah finds herself living in both Vancouver and Toronto (where the husband lives) with her two rambunctious canines. Sarah hopes to share her wedding wins and woes with fellow-brides, wedding lovers and the romantic in us all.
Aubrey Arnason:
Having been a bridesmaid 7 times Aubrey is no stranger to weddings, well, at least from the bridesmaids point of view! That said this co-host of Wedding Belles has a unique and entertaining approach to all things wedding. A natural competitor there isn’t a task she doesn’t turn into a silly game VS. newlywed Sarah!
Originally from Winnipeg Aubrey attended the University of Manitoba theater program before heading West and graduating from Vancouver Film School. Along with Acting/Hosting Aubrey is a executive producer of both film and TV. Aubrey represents all you single girls who dream of the big day even if your Prince Charming is still in a land far far away.
